Every signature,
witnessed.
Mobile notary and loan signing services for individuals, title companies, and businesses — I come to your home, office, or escrow closing, evenings and weekends included.
Book direct on this site and you won't pay the $40–$150 booking fee that on-demand notary apps tack on — just the notary's own fee.
I'm Rafael Musni, a California-commissioned notary public and loan signing agent based in San Francisco. My background spans nonprofit fundraising, financial advising, and property management, which means I'm comfortable in the room for real estate closings, HR paperwork, and personal documents alike — and I know how to keep a signing on schedule.
I work directly with individuals, and with real estate agents, title and escrow companies, and law offices who need a dependable signing agent for their clients.

Services on offer
Every notarization is logged in a bound journal, same as it's always been. Here's what's on the register.
General Notarization
Acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney, trusts, and other standard notarial acts for individuals and businesses.
Loan Signing Agent
Full loan document packages for refinances, purchases, and HELOCs — handled to lender and title company standards, with document review beforehand.
Mobile / Travel Notary
I come to you — home, office, hospital, or care facility, anywhere in San Francisco. Evenings and weekends by request.
Business & Bulk Signings
On-site notarization days for HR onboarding, multi-employee paperwork, or organizations with recurring notarial needs.
$15 per signature required, standard for all services. A $50 surcharge applies per appointment for travel to your home or office, or for scheduling after hours or on weekends — walk-ins between 11am–6:30pm carry no surcharge. Book direct here and there's no added $40–$150 platform fee, unlike third-party notary apps.
What to confirm when you call
Three things make an appointment go smoothly — have these ready before we schedule.
A valid, unexpired driver's license, state ID, or passport. I'll check it against you and the document — expired IDs generally can't be accepted.
Documents are generally brought unsigned and signed in front of me. If you've already signed it, that's alright too — just be prepared to swear or affirm that you signed it yourself, with your own hand.
An acknowledgment confirms you signed the document willingly; a jurat has you swear or affirm that its contents are true. Check your document, or its instructions, for which one it calls for — if you're not sure, mention it when you call and I can help sort it out.
Everyone whose signature needs notarizing should attend in person, along with any witnesses your document requires.
Schedule an appointment
The fastest way to book — walk-in or travel — is to call, text, or email directly.
415-347-4111 · missionstreetnotary@gmail.com — same for a walk-in or a travel appointment.
You're booking with me directly — no on-demand notary app or directory in between. Those services typically add a $40–$150 booking fee on top of the notary's own charge. Here, you pay only the $15 per-signature fee, plus the $50 surcharge if it's a travel, after-hours, or weekend appointment. Nothing else.
